Terms of Service

Edition of November 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of KOZYR. They apply whenever you use the website kozyr.online, the Telegram bot @kozyrs_bot and the mini app inside Telegram (together, the “Service”). By tapping “Enter” on the confirmation screen or by placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full. If you disagree with any part of them, do not use the Service.

01Who we are

The Service is operated by the operator of the KOZYR brand (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). Details of the legal entity and licence are published in this section.

The following documents form part of these Terms: the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming, the AML and KYC Policy, Provably Fair and the Bonus Terms. If they conflict, these Terms prevail.

02Definitions

• Account — your account in the Service, linked to your Telegram account.
• Balance — the amount on your Account, kept in US dollars (USD). The Balance is not a bank deposit and earns no interest.
• Deposit — a top-up of the Balance in cryptocurrency via Crypto Pay or the TON network.
• Bet — an amount or item you put at risk in a game.
• Gift — a Telegram digital gift, regular or unique (NFT), that can be won, kept in the Inventory, sold to the Service or withdrawn to Telegram.
• Inventory — the list of Gifts you have won or deposited and have not yet withdrawn or sold.
• Bonus — any funds, items or privileges we give free of charge: promo codes, rakeback, referral earnings, the daily case and other promotions.

03Who may play

You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:

• you are at least 18 years old, or older if the age of majority or the legal gambling age in your country is higher, and you have reached that age;
• online gambling is legal in the country where you are located and in every country of which you are a citizen or resident;
• you are not located in, or a resident of, a restricted country (see below);
• you have full legal capacity and act on your own behalf and in your own interest, not for any third party;
• you are not on the sanctions lists of the UN, EU, US (OFAC) or UK and do not act on behalf of anyone who is;
• you are not self-excluded from the Service or any other gambling service and do not suffer from a gambling addiction;
• you are not an employee, contractor or affiliate of the Operator and do not live with such a person;
• the money and cryptocurrency you deposit belong to you and come from lawful sources.

It is your sole responsibility to make sure that playing is legal in your jurisdiction. We do not give legal advice and do not guarantee that playing is legal where you are.

Restricted countries

We restrict access by IP address and may extend the list of restricted countries at any time without notice.

You must not bypass geographic restrictions using a VPN, proxy, Tor, another person’s account or any other means. If we find that you have done so, all bets and winnings since the breach are void and the Account may be closed.

04Account

• An Account is created automatically on your first login through Telegram. We receive your profile data (ID, name, username, language) from Telegram.
• One person may hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any winnings on them voided.
• You are responsible for the security of your Telegram account. Everything done through your Telegram is deemed to be done by you.
• You must not transfer, sell or lend your Account or Inventory, or play on behalf of others.
• We may refuse to open an Account, restrict its features or close it without giving reasons. If this is not due to a breach of these Terms, we will pay out the available Balance under the withdrawal rules.

05Identity checks

We may at any time ask you to verify your identity, age, address, source of funds and ownership of a wallet. This usually happens before a large withdrawal, on unusual activity or when the law requires it. See the AML and KYC Policy for details.

Until the check is complete we may suspend games, deposits and withdrawals. If you do not provide the documents within 30 days, provide forged documents or refuse the check, we may close the Account and void winnings; deposits not used in games are returned less network fees unless the law requires otherwise.

06Deposits

• You can top up in cryptocurrency via Crypto Pay (a third-party service inside Telegram) or by sending TON to the address shown in the Service with the comment from the invoice.
• The minimum deposit is $1 and the maximum is $25,000 per payment. We may change these limits.
• The amount is credited in USD at the exchange rate at the time of payment. Rate changes after crediting are your risk.
• A deposit is credited once the network confirms it. Network and payment service fees are paid by the sender.
• A payment with the wrong amount, on the wrong network, without a comment or with someone else’s comment may be credited late or not at all. We will try to trace it, but we are not liable for funds sent in error.
• You may deposit only from your own wallet. Funds from addresses linked to mixers, darknet markets, sanctioned persons or fraud will be frozen.
• The Service is not an exchange or a wallet. You must not deposit without the intention to play. Every deposit must be wagered at least 1 time(s) before withdrawal.

07Withdrawals

• You can withdraw your Balance and Gifts from your Inventory. The minimum cash withdrawal is $2, the maximum is $25,000 per request, and no more than 5 requests per day.
• Before a withdrawal, the total of all deposits and bonuses must have been wagered at least 1 time(s). Until then the Service shows how much is left.
• Every request is reviewed by a staff member. This usually takes a few hours but may take up to 72 hours, and longer when an identity or source-of-funds check is needed.
• Money is paid out in the coin you choose via Crypto Pay or to a TON address. The rate is fixed at the time of sending. Network fees may be deducted from the amount.
• Gifts are sent to the Telegram account linked to your Account. Unique gifts are transferred by our business account, regular gifts by the bot for Stars. We are not liable for delays or failures on Telegram’s side.
• If a Gift is temporarily unavailable or Telegram does not allow it to be transferred, we may offer an equivalent replacement or credit its current valuation to your Balance.
• We may decline a withdrawal if there are signs of a breach of these Terms and return the amount to your Balance pending investigation.
• We do not pay out winnings obtained in breach of these Terms.

08Gifts and valuation

• Telegram Gifts are digital objects of the Telegram platform. We did not create them and are not responsible for Telegram’s rules or operation.
• A unique Gift is valued at the lowest current listing price of its collection across the MRKT, Portals, Tonnel and GetGems marketplaces, converted to USD at the current TON rate. The valuation updates automatically and may change sharply.
• The valuation is a reference figure for games, sales to the Service and upgrades. It does not guarantee that you can sell the Gift for the same price on a third-party marketplace.
• If a collection’s price moves too sharply, we may hold the new valuation for a manual review.
• When you sell a Gift to the Service, you receive its valuation at the time of sale. The sale is final.
• Gifts you deposit enter your Inventory at their current valuation. A Gift without a valuation waits for one and cannot be used in games. We may refuse Gifts from certain collections.

09Games

• Game results are determined by the server. What you see on screen only displays the result. If they differ, the server record prevails.
• A bet is accepted once the server confirms it and debits the amount. An accepted bet cannot be cancelled.
• The minimum bet is $0.10 and the maximum is $1,000. The maximum payout per bet is $10,000; any excess is not paid. Individual games may have lower limits.
• Our own games are Provably Fair and every result can be verified (see Provably Fair). Slots from third-party providers run on their certified generators and under their own rules.
• Cases. The chance of every item is shown in the case. The case price may change along with the prices of the Gifts inside.
• Upgrade. The chance equals the ratio of the stake value to the target value minus a 8% house edge, and never exceeds 75%. If you lose, the stake is gone.
• Crash. If you have not cashed out before the multiplier crashes, the bet is lost. Auto and manual cash-outs are executed by server time. Losing connection does not cancel a bet.
• Battles, coinflip and jackpot. These are games between players. The Service keeps a 4% commission from the pot. Empty seats in a battle may be filled by a Service bot at the creator’s choice; the bot plays by the same rules. Collusion between players is prohibited.
• If a game is interrupted by a malfunction, the round is completed using the server data. If the round cannot be completed, the bet is refunded.

10Errors and malfunctions

Any malfunction of hardware, software or communications voids all bets and payouts affected by it.

If an error (a wrong price, chance, rate or credit, a bug in our code or at a partner) credits you more than you are due, those funds do not belong to you. We may correct your Balance and Inventory, void the related bets and demand the return of anything already withdrawn. If you notice an error, report it to support and do not use it — exploiting errors is treated as fraud.

11Bonuses

Bonuses are granted under the Bonus Terms. We may change or cancel any promotion and may refuse bonuses to individual players.

12Prohibited conduct

• opening several Accounts, playing from someone else’s Account or letting others play from yours;
• using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, modified clients or any other automation;
• searching for and exploiting vulnerabilities, bugs and malfunctions, interfering with or overloading the Service, or brute-forcing API requests;
• colluding with other players, dumping bets to them, playing against yourself or otherwise influencing the outcome of PvP games;
• abusing bonuses, promo codes and the referral programme, including through nominee Accounts;
• using stolen or unlawfully obtained funds, laundering money or financing prohibited activities;
• bypassing restrictions on countries, age, self-exclusion and limits;
• impersonating another person or our staff, or insulting other players or staff;
• using the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent.

13Consequences of a breach

If we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, we may, without prior notice:

• suspend the Account, games, deposits and withdrawals while we investigate;
• void bets, winnings, bonuses and Gifts obtained through the breach;
• deduct from the Balance and Inventory the amount of damage caused to us, including investigation costs;
• permanently close the Account and any linked Accounts;
• report the matter to law enforcement, the regulator and our payment partners.

Our decision following an investigation is final. We are not obliged to disclose the signals and methods we use to detect breaches.

14Responsible gaming

We support responsible gaming. In your profile you can turn on self-exclusion for 1, 7, 30, 180 days, and it cannot be cancelled early. Details, warning signs and where to get help are in Responsible Gaming. We may restrict or close an Account if we see signs of problem gambling.

15Dormant and closed accounts

If you have not logged in for 12 months, the Account is dormant. We may close it after notifying you in Telegram. You can claim the remaining Balance through support within the period set by law.

You can close your Account at any time by contacting support. The available Balance is paid out under the withdrawal rules. If you close your Account because of a gambling problem, we will not reopen it for at least 6 months.

16Intellectual property

The KOZYR name, logo, design, texts, code and other materials of the Service belong to the Operator or its licensors. They may not be copied, modified, distributed or used without our written permission. Telegram, Telegram Gifts and provider games belong to their respective owners.

17Limitation of liability

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions, errors or delays.
• We are not liable for the actions or failures of Telegram, Crypto Pay, the TON network and other blockchains, gift marketplaces, game providers, hosting and internet providers.
• We are not liable for lost profits, indirect losses, loss of data or non-pecuniary damage.
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of the bet or deposit the claim relates to.
• We are not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure: natural disasters, wars, government actions, sanctions, widespread network failures and attacks on infrastructure.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Operator, its staff and partners against losses, costs and third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or the law.

19Complaints and disputes

If you disagree with a game result, a credit or a withdrawal, write to support at @kozyrs_bot or [email protected] within 30 days of the event. Include your Telegram ID, the date and what happened. We will reply within 14 days.

In any dispute, the records and logs of our servers are decisive.

The governing law and jurisdiction follow the Operator’s licence jurisdiction and will be stated in this section.

20Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. The new edition is published on this page with its date. If the changes are material, the Service will ask you to confirm the new edition on your next visit, and games and deposits stay unavailable until you do. By continuing to use the Service you accept the current edition.

21Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain in force.
• If we do not exercise a right, it does not mean we have waived it.
• We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to another party. You may do so only with our written consent.
• These Terms are written in English and Russian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
