Responsible Gaming

Edition of November 5, 2026

Gambling is entertainment you pay for, not a way to make money. The odds in every game favour the house: over time players lose more than they win. We want you to enjoy playing and to stop in time.

01Rules worth keeping

02Signs that gambling is getting out of control

Answer these questions honestly:

  1. Do you spend more money or time on gambling than you planned?
  2. Do you need to bet more and more to feel the thrill?
  3. Do you try to win back losses?
  4. Do you hide from people close to you how much you play or lose?
  5. Have you borrowed money or sold things to gamble or cover losses?
  6. Does gambling get in the way of work, study, sleep or relationships?
  7. Do you feel anxious or irritable when you are not playing?
  8. Have you tried to stop and failed?

If you answered “yes” to even one question, take a break and think. If you answered “yes” to several, please use self-exclusion and seek help.

Self-exclusion

In your profile you can take a break for 1, 7, 30, 180 days. While it lasts you cannot bet, open cases or use promo codes. You can still withdraw money and gifts. A break cannot be cancelled or shortened, only extended.

Closing your account

If you need a longer break, write to support at @kozyrs_bot: we will close your account and pay out the available balance. After a closure for a gambling problem, the account will not be reopened for at least 6 months.

Limits on request

On request through support we can set a limit on deposits per day, week or month. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising it takes effect after at least 7 days.

What we do

We watch for signs of problem gambling: sharp increases in stakes, repeated deposits in a row, playing all night. When we notice them, we may contact you, suggest a break, or restrict or close the account. We do not send promotions to self-excluded players.

04Where to get help

These organisations help for free and anonymously:

If you are struggling right now, talk to someone close to you or contact a local mental health service.

05Protecting minors

Only adults may play — 18 or older, or older if the law of your country requires it. Every player confirms their age on first login, and we may ask for documents at any time. If children use your device, use parental controls: protect Telegram with a passcode and do not leave the mini app open.
